I am using your combined JK-Dawnstar-BOYD Patch and I am also using winterhold restored together with the Patch for JKs Skyrim provided by mannenyuki. As mentioned in the mod page on Nexus, this mod patch is not compatible with the Cutting Room Floor Thalmor HQ additions and changes. Find new settlements, caves, dungeons, enemies, traps, bridges, patrols, travellers a massive injection of warring content, interior Inn content & more. I lowered my game settings to the lowest possible but this didn't work either.
